What women need to know about Executive Presence
Building on my Five Facets of Presence approach, the book series brings my coaching insights and tips directly to you.
This book gives you the practical insights and suggestions to exude confidence and credibility and help you learn how to be viewed as friendly, likable, competent, trustworthy and intelligent – the critical lenses for getting promoted into senior leadership
More than just another self help book for businesswomen
My hope is that this will be more than just another business self help book for women. It draws on the most up to date research in the field, combined with my 15 years experience working with senior women in some of the world’s largest companies. I’d like it to be the start of a conversation about how you can reveal your best self and get the job and career you want. The truth is there is no one who can tell you exactly what to wear, say, do, and be to get the job. The task we all face every day is to simply to the best we can, try our hardest, and get better.
